Michael Novonty, Manager of Prudential Malibu Realty, recently welcomed Rita Simpson to the Prudential Malibu sales team. Rita is a longtime Malibu resident and award wining landscape designer. She has a professional background as a real estate investment consultant, negotiating and acquiring over $80 million dollars of properties, in one year, on behalf of private investors. Rita holds a Management Science degree from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and a certificate in Project Management from Caltech. She is fluent in Portuguese, French and Arabic. Rita has two children attending Malibu High School and is a fervent supporter of the Boys and Girls Club of Malibu, the Malibu Foundation for Youth and Families and the International Youth Dialog Project on conflict resolution.
