This well-known and highly regarded real estate sales team has sold hundreds of homes and estates in Malibu and the Westside areas for nearly twenty years. Their success is also a result of personal integrity, an emphasis on client service, and an efficient approach to organizing and operating their business. Leon and Lea don't merely claim to do "Whatever it takes," they actually follow through and go the extra mile to make good on their promises. Industry peers have recognized Lea and Leon's stellar performance countless times over the years with national and local awards for top production.

Lea and Leon have been instrumental in collecting Christmas presents and contributing donations to the El Faro orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico over the last six years. There are 102 children, including eight infants under 1 year, currently living at El Faro and the Johnsons have gone to the orphanage, usually in monthly trips, bringing much needed supplies of food, clothes, school supplies and more. The children at El Faro come from abusive and/or neglected backgrounds. Over this past holiday, Lea and Leon, in conjunction with Prudential Malibu Realty and First Financial Mortgage, provided 120 pairs of shoes and other necessities to the children at El Faro. All four of the Prudential Malibu offices were instrumental in providing the needed items for the children and on December 22nd, Lea and Leon drove the collected items to the children at El Faro in celebration of Christmas.
